My suggestion for improvement: Do everything differently. And only people who are actually qualified to do so should be allowed to conduct job interviews.
The second job interview was just a nightmare. The negative assessment of the administrative role confirms much of what I already experienced during the application process: an outdated culture, a lack of clarity about what to expect, and, above all, a failure to recognize that the professional world has changed significantly over the past few decades and that this is not—or is no longer—the way to treat people.
