Viel Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten in den Werkstätten. Viel Potential. Viele nette Menschen aus allen Gewerken
What I dislike about the employer
Kaum Aufstiegschancen, Schichtdienst und viele Überstunden. Wenig entgekommen . Z.b. Stundenerhöhung
Suggestions for improvement
Schaut in die Gewerke vorallem wenn es Schwierigkeiten gibt. Geht nicht immer den einfachen Weg und sprecht mit den Angestellten nicht nur mit den Chefs. Kommunikation!!

Alle Kollegen sind hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich.
Collegiality
Die Kollegen sind meist zwar in ihren Bereichen zerstreut (Kostüm, Technik, Schauspieler, Kantine, etc) trotzdem helfen alle einander und geben insgesamt ein gutes Team ab.
Leadership behavior
Ab und zu wird der Tonfall etwas zu schroff. Aber er wird nie privat und es geht immer um das Projekt und dessen Verwirklichung.
Working conditions
Versicherungen sind in den Steuerabgaben dabei. Es wird viel Wert auf Sicherheit gelegt.

Die Kommunikation funktioniert sehr gut. Alle wissen was zu tun ist.
