They should trust the feedback of new colleagues and should accept that some experienced worker have a non-acceptable behavior.
I was unlucky to land in the wrong team with the wrong persons. They decided from the beginning that I didn't had my place in this company.
Receiving tasks, messages, calls and emails from "colleagues" who were bullying me during the week-end or at night was not acceptable.
The wage is the only good thing there.
totally superficial.
It depends on the team.
I've learned there to not trust every "professional" and nice colleagues.
very dissapointing behavior from people who are very convinced that they are the best workers/colleagues of the company: tyrannic, no social competences, egocentric, arrogant, two-faced, no-solution-oriented, not neutral. What a pity...
The intensive corporate culture of the company made me feel like being in a cult.
Depends on the person.
Feedback culture is too much intensive. Some "experienced colleagues" are still acting very unprofessional: giving you a positive feedback in front of you, but a very negative feedback one month later on a paper....
the totality of the abusive and bullying behaviors of the colleagues were reported to the "competente" persons in accordance to the company policy regarding bullying . But people whith "good connections" always win.
The tasks were very interesting until I had to imitate the voice of another colleague for a private issue. I felt totally bad about the this task and had to refuse to do it.
Everyone is super friendly and the office is beautiful
Obviously, you're expected to work hard in a company like that. But if you're there, you probably want to
I did not get along with my team. Does that mean it's all their fault? Probably not, sometimes personalities simply dont mesh
My line managers were amazing
Completely spoiled there. Desks can be adjusted electronically, Fruit is feshly cut multiple times a day, amazing selection of drinks...
To be honest, sometimes there were too many meetings for my taste, but it's probably neccessary in a company that size to keep everyone informed
Management team is allmost all male. They are striving for more diversity though
So, obviously you work more specialized in a bigger company, but than it's also all on a different level
Bezahlung
Location. Brand name.
See above.
Care about your staff and their development. In real life, not on paper and with a bunch of useless acronyms: MDP, PGC, etc.
Getting an actual desk at this company feels like winning the lottery. "Hot-desking" is great in theory, but not when you've gone over a year without an actual place to sit.
Looks sexy. Isn't.
Also like winning the lottery. Some people here get "lucky" time and time again.
"Trainings" and Learning & Development? Sure. If you think improv, informal shareback sessions and bad corporate trainings count as developments. But, I wouldn't know, haven't been given the chance to attend one in over a year.
Above average for design in Berlin, but when you pull the same hours as a BCG consultant pushing around slides, it makes you wonder, why the discrepancy.
Wouldn't have stayed so long if it weren't for my colleagues.
Partners are at least somewhat approachable.
"In-house wellness initiatives", that you still have to pay for.
Business first, design dead last.
If tires, injection moulding and engines are your thing....
Lovely office with professional people working in it. People respect each other and help out whenever needed, even if you do not work in the same departement.
PS: Free yoga once a week in the office!
People are relaxed, but still professional
You are not expected to stay later and it is totally ok to leave on time- which I have not experienced in my precious jobs even though it is a normal thing.
Well equipped beautiful office space plus a modern kitchen with fruits and vegetables and all sorts of warm beverages, plus a large variety of soft drinks
Feedback si given and problems are solved directly
