Perfect place to build a long term career
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The best thing is the interaction with other team members. The help and support from the team makes it really easy for new members to get integrated. The hierarchy is flat and everyone is approachable. There are opportunities for moving across departments within the company based on the interest.

Arbeitgeber-Kommentar
Dear colleague,
Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience at BCT and for recommending us as an employer - we truly appreciate that.
We're delighted to hear that you value the supportive atmosphere and the team spirit at BCT. A smooth and welcoming start is very important. That’s why we’ve designed a structured and personalised onboarding plan for your first six months. And even after onboarding, we regularly check the ongoing progress through one-on-one conversations to coach and to align with your joint goals.
Of course, if something doesn’t go as expected or if you have any idea for improvement, we encourage you to be frank and open with your manager or feel free to reach out to Klaus or me directly.
Wishing you continued success and fulfillment on your journey with us!
Best regards
