What I like about the employer

What I dislike about the employer

Lack of Empathy in the Work Environment: The workplace culture was largely unempathic, with limited regard for employee well-being or open communication.

Unprofessional Performance Management: Employee performance reviews were handled unprofessionally. Assessment metrics were defined retroactively and applied arbitrarily. Despite receiving excellent customer feedback, I was harassed due to a lack of February month tasks.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on this platform.

We regret that you were apparently no longer satisfied with your employment at BearingPoint. I would like to address the points you mentioned in more detail below.

On the one hand, you criticize the lack of empathy in the work environment. At BearingPoint, we value a positive and supportive work environment. That's why we continually work to create an environment where our people can thrive and succeed. Our innovative trust leave and extensive work-life-choice offers help our employees to organize their work day flexibly and according to their needs.

On the other hand, we value the individual development of each employee. We have established standardized feedback processes in which performance and development goals are regularly discussed. From these discussions, we derive specific actions to support the development of our employees.

Unfortunately, it is not clear from your review whether you have already left BearingPoint. If you are still with us, I would encourage you to speak to your trusted contact in the People Team. You can also send me a message at nadine.zimmermann@bearingpoint.com. Your request will be treated confidentially.

Best regards,
Nadine
