Eine sehr lebenswerte Stadt.

Oben genannt.

Mehr die leistungsstarken Kollegen fördern und nicht nur die Quatscher.

Durchschnittlich.

Nach außen natürlich nur die Schokoladenseite.
Work-Life Balance
Teilweise sehr schwierig. Freie Schichten werden zeitweise 2 Tage vorher gestrichen.
Career/Professional development
Aufstieg sehr langatmig. Ohne Kontakte und Vitamin-B geht gar nichts, Kompetenz und Leistung eher zweitrangig.
Salary/Benefits
Die meisten Kollegen des mD schaffen bis zur Pension wenigstens ne A8... aber auch nicht alle.

Je nach Abteilung oder Sachgebiet.
Interaction with older colleagues
Je länger man dabei ist und je höher der Dienstgrad, desto mehr wird sich ausgeruht.
Leadership behavior
Eher unterdurchschnittlich. Alte Strukturen wie bei der Bundeswehr. Primär autoritär, jüngere Kollegen manchmal kooperativ.
Working conditions
Neue Wachen & Technik, wie oben beschrieben teilweise schwierig mit der Dienstplanung. Zeitweise hohe Überstundenbelastung.
Communication
Als normaler Mitarbeiter eher schlecht. Die Kameraden der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr waren besser informiert als die Mitarbeiter.
Equality
Junge und neue Kollegen werden gerne überdurchschnittlich von den älteren Kollegen geknechtet. Fehler der Menschenführung von früher werden weiter vererbt.
Interesting tasks
Mehr als genug. Aber wenig Möglichkeiten sich einzubringen.
