Lot’s of variations. If you are close to management, and they are your buddies, you have a good chance of a really good and unproportionally high salary

Saying one thing and in reality not caring about any recycling or improving the product’s carbon footprint

Great people, that hold together well, and they need to! No union, cause you‘ll get fired quickly if you try!
