In den Teams wird versucht zusammen zu arbeiten solange man seinen persönlichen Ziele verfolgen kann.
Leider kaum gemeinsames Wachstum möglich.
Im Gleichgewicht, nur bei Reisen haben zu funktionieren wie es verlangt wird.
Oft hilft man sich gegenseitig.
Sobald es schwierig wird, macht aber jeder wieder seins.

Superiors/former HR lead act fake and treat employees like they're better than them, depending on their position. The higher up you are, the more attention you get from your bosses. Employees at the bottom hardly get any attention.

Sehr interessant und gute Einarbeitung, super Unterstützung der Kollegen und breites lernfeld auch außerhalb des Tätigkeitsfeldes
Gibt es momentan nichts, das mir einfällt. Ich bin verliebt in diese Firma, obwohl ich dort nicht mehr arbeite.
Mehr Fokus setzen auf das Service Team, da bei mehr Maschinen zunehmend mehr Service anfällt, damit die Service Mitarbeiter nicht ausgebrannt werden.

Lot’s of variations. If you are close to management, and they are your buddies, you have a good chance of a really good and unproportionally high salary
Saying one thing and in reality not caring about any recycling or improving the product’s carbon footprint
Great people, that hold together well, and they need to! No union, cause you‘ll get fired quickly if you try!
Not really fair
The management level never worked well, they don‘t respect your work, neither do they respect you (even if they try to let you think so)
Loud and noisy work environment, big office space, no real privacy
Management and HR are lying about a lot, really bad communication habits or none existing
Salaries are varying a lot. You‘ll get a big salary increase, if you are best buddies with management and they like you (not for your real work engagement)
Interesting work there, but quite basic support and tooling for r&d

Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Chef, weiß aber auch, dass das abhängig von der Abteilung ist
Standort mittig in Berlin, dafür unstrukturiert verteilt auf mehrere Etagen und Gebäude, alte Toiletten, Fazit: könnte verbessert werden, aber Abwägung zwischen Lage und räumlichen Bedingungen ist schwierig. Ansonsten vernünftige Technik und Ausrüstung.

Absprachen werden nicht eingehalten, ESOP wurde versprochen, nie eingehalten.
Ich würde diesen Arbeitgeber niemandem empfehlen, Finger WEG!!!
Führungsetage müsste ausgetauscht werden.
Nur Sales und Zahlen sind wichtig, ob das Produkt gut ist oder nicht, kümmert die Chefs nie.
Katastrophales Vorgesetztenverhalten, unehrliche Chefs und kein Interesse am Produkt/Kunden. Geld ist was zählt.

Kein sinn für relevante Themen, falsche Schwerpunktsetzung, unklare Richtung, ständige Strategiewechsel
