Among other things, you praise our remote culture, the salary on time, and the amazing teams. As you know, we value flexibility in terms of working time and place whenever possible. Great that you are happy with that! Another thing we are proud of is the great team with motivated colleagues who are united in the BIKE24 spirit. During tough times, we can hold together and create a great product for our customers. And last but not least, you value the salary on time that is also really important for us as people & culture team that you can rely on us in every aspect. Thank you for your point of view.

You also mention some points that could be better. You mention, for example, missing salary review structures and criticizing no bonus payments. We try to improve regarding that wherever we can but are also dependent on the overall financial and economic situation - as explained in our All Hands Meeting.

Furthermore, you mention that you have too many meetings and your working equipment could be better. For these kinds of notions, you can always consult your direct team lead to discuss how we can get better there.

One more thing that caught my attention in your review is that you mention discriminatory acts and not fulfilled promises. Since that is a serious topic, I offer you a confidential talk where you can address more details of that. Also, I emphasize the possibility of talking directly to your team lead or head of, the colleagues from people and culture, or also the Anti-discrimination officer we installed in the last months.
