What I like about the employer
Homeoffice ist nach Absprache kein Problem
What I dislike about the employer
Dass verpasst wurde eine Geschäftsführung zu installieren und geglaubt wird, die Belegschaft arbeitet von heute auf morgen für fremde, externe Dienstleister. Die Quittung ist nun die Fluktuation.
Working atmosphere
super Stimmung innerhalb der Kollegen und alle packen gemeinsam an für das gleiche Ziel! Sonst leider führungslos.
Leider bekommt man nun top down in Projektmanagement Tools seine Aufgaben delegiert. Die Eigenverantwortung, die es früher einmal gab gibt es nicht mehr. Man arbeitet jetzt für externe Aufgaben ab. Die Investoren lassen sich selten/nicht blicken.

Kann ich noch nicht einschätzen wie sich das jetzt in Zukunft verhalten wird. War früher sehr gut, aber nachdem es nun seit Monaten keine bei bikesale angestellte Leitung gibt, kann ich das nicht sagen

Es gibt keine Führung. Das Unternehmen wird von externen Beratern geführt die nicht bei der gleichen Firma angestellt sind.

Geile (E-) Bikes versprechen eigentlich ein geiles Aufgabenfeld, je nach Position mehr oder weniger. Jetzt wird nur top down delegiert…

Vertrauensarbeitszeit, hohes Vertrauen in Mitarbeiter, Atmosphäre, viele Kollegen sind Mütter und Väter - keinerlei Benachteiligung von Eltern!
