HO möglich, Druck ins Büro zu kommen neben den festen Bürotage (Teamabhängig) besteht trotzdem.
Teams kommen wöchentlich oder mehr in den Büros zusammen. Aber alles eher kühl, keiner will wirklich, alle sollen aber. Jeder kämpft für sich.
Viel Geschwafel, viel Micromanagement, viele eigene Probleme bei der eigenen Arbeit, die mit nach Unten genommen werden.
Versprechungen ob bei Gehalt oder bei Aufgabengebiet werden nicht gehalten. Alles geht um Perdormance. Mails mit unverblümter Kritik (persönlich oder Team) werden von oben herab hingerotzt.
Kollegen eher kalt zueinander. Jeder für sich. In den Büros auch eher kühle Stimmung und Getuschel über due Chefs.
