Very friendly, casual and familiar atmosphere through all levels and departments. The company provides free lunch on Mondays and a brunch buffet on Thursdays.

I rarely do overtime. The company does a lot to ensure a healthy work life balance (work remotely, regular yoga and sports classes, no pressure from management, very flexible hours)

The hierarchy is extremely flat and management is very approachable. Sometimes there is a lack of leadership and direction, which requires the employees to take matters into their own hands.

Teams are mostly self-organised. Being a start-up, there is always a lot to do and creative solutions are required. It never gets boring.
