Personally I was missing transparency, security, work-life- balance and I didn't like that workers who risk the company for their own benefits get seemingly rewarded.
Also it felt to me that there is a hire and fire mentality, that might not be on purpose, but it still happened multiple times.

Keep your core values, make the app feel cooler, get proper investors, rebuild the company.

I think most are really great people, but some of the best were recently laid off (again).

I think it was amazing in the golden past. Now it felt like more pressure and that benefits got cut. It's not like what you heard anymore, I guess.

I found very few options here. It's all about working hard to succeed with the app in my opinion.

I think its usually good, but a few people in the company seemingly don't teamplay and introduce changes without telling the team, maybe to make themselves important and irreplaceable.

I was missing transparency and some management skills, but I believe they are decent people after all. One of the few companies I trusted the management that they don't mean harm, even if it failed.
Kommunikation
It felt to me like there was almost no transparent communication from the board with almost no feedback loop, but the internal team communication is very good.
Gleichberechtigung
Very, very good. No complaints. Easily the best company I've ever seen in this regard. Kudos to everyone at Clue for that.
