    Gehalt ist wie so oft Verhandlungssache. Wer sich gut verkauft und ein bisschen was mitbringt, der kann hier auch gut verdienen. Es ist aber kein industrieller Großkonzern.

    Ich würde sagen auf normalen Niveau. Zusätzliche Leistungen wie VWL, Dienstwagen, Fahrtgeld etc. Sind möglich. Daneben sehe ich auch als Mehrwert, dass Kaffee, Wasser und Obst zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
