People Centric, alles wird versucht um die Menschen zu gestalten
Working atmosphere
Sehr Spanndes internationales Umfeld. Jeder ist sehr frei in der Arbeitseinteilung. Durch die enorme Flexibilität und remote first, ist jeder sehr entspannt und sehr angenehm im Umgang. Jeder kann auf jeden zugehen und wird dort ein offenes Ohr finden.

Bisher nur Gutes gehört. Alle Mitarbeiter sind fest vom Unternehmen überzeugt.

Durch Remote kann diese wirklich jeder selbst bestimmen. Mehr Unternehmen sollten das so handhaben. Es wird stets darauf geachtet, dass man genügend Pausen macht und auch Termine unterhalb des Tages sind vereinbar mit dem Job.

Trust based Leadership, jeder ist für seine Aufgaben verantwortlich. Micromanagement habe ich hier noch nie wahrgenommen. Ich habe zudem eine tolle Vorgesetzte, die stets sehr stark auf die Entwicklung und das Wohlbefinden Ihrer Mitarbeiter achtet.

Top Ausstattung und Tools. Obendrein gibt es zum Start ein Budget für die Anschaffung weiterer Gegenstände für die Arbeit im HO, wie z.B. ergonomische Stühle oder Tische

Die bisher beste Unternehmenskommunikation, die ich je erlebt habe. Sehr transparente Kommunikation durch und durch. Durch viele Tools ist auch im remote Umfeld Kommunikation sehr einfach.

Der Fokus liegt enorm auf DEI, das merkt man sehr. Die DEI Manager, das DEI Council und die ERGs sind enorm engagiert.

Allein das globale Umfeld und die globalen Ansätze geben einem immer wieder sehr viele neue Eindrücke. Zudem ist das Tech Umfeld sehr interessant.

What I like about the employer
Vor allem die Menschen. Es macht unheimlich viel Spaß mit Menschen zusammenzuarbeiten, die für das Unternehmen brennen und einiges an Wissen und Talent in deren Bereichen mitbringen. Jeder trägt das Herz am rechten Fleck.
Working atmosphere
Die Arbeitsatmospähre würde ich als sehr angenehm beschreiben. Jeder hat gewisse Verantwortlichkeiten und das Wort Micromanagement kennt man hier nicht. Das Arbeitsumfeld wird in dem Remote First Umfeld sehr flexibel und ausgeglichen gestaltet. Zudem wird es einem sehr einfach gemacht, trotz der Distanz mit allen sehr angehem zu kommunizieren. Zum einen durch eine gewisse Erfahrung im Remote Umfeld, den neusten und besten Tools und zum anderen den Menschen, die stehts hilfsbereit und freundlich auf Kontaktversuche reagieren und Einladungen auf teilweise auch sehr spontanen Meetings positiv reagieren.

Ich habe sehr viel Glück mit all meinen Vorgesetzen. Bislang kann ich nur sehr viele positive Geschichten berichten. Augenhöhe ist hier das Stichwort.
Working conditions
Neustes Equipment sogar nach Wahl. Es wird alles dafür getan, dass man von ZuHause ein optimales Arbeitsumfeld vorfindet. Offices in Berlin und Bielefeld sind ebenso gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich dort auch wie zu Hause.
Communication
Bislang kenne ich keine effizientere und bessere Kommunikation. Hier gibt es dennoch immer Luft nach oben, vor allem auf globalem Level.
Innerhalb der Teams und zu den Stakeholdern empfinde ich die Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe und sehr sehr angenehm. Es wird sich nicht nur über berufliches sehr viel ausgetauscht, auch das private kommt nicht zu kurz. Das schätze ich sehr.

DE&I ist einer unserer wichtigesten Eckpfeiler mit zahlreichen Arbeitsgruppen und einer eigenen Abteilung.

The constant drive for improvement. Fast adaptation of new ideas and proposals.
Suggestions for improvement
Although we have flexible working hours in a specific time frame, it would be great if this was extended as we now mostly work from home and usually work asynchronously.
Salary/Benefits
Salary is pretty good. Paid vacations could be a little more, but I'm sure we'll get to that.

Supervisors are very helpful and encouraging. They really take care and are interested in your well being.
Working conditions
Work from home, standing desks, latest computers (e.g. MacBooks), learning material. No problems whatsoever, everything is just a matter of asking for it.

This is a big plus. In our weekly team meetings everyone is informed about new things and changes concerning the whole company.

Positive culture, open management and executive team, team-work orientated, weekly hands-on to share updates and important information. Everyone has the opportunity to voice their opinions and thoughts.

Difficult to truly know what to expect prior joining. During the interview phase, I was told about the culture and the plans of the company but after joining, what was said during the interview was all true. So far, it has been a great and positive experience.

That’s really for you to implement personally but the work-life balance is completely fair.

Probably one of the best I’ve experienced so far. Everyone that I have spoken with are so motivated to achieve success and there really is a teamwork mentality within the company.

Due to external factors, everyone is currently working from home. I am looking forward to visiting the HQ and meeting the whole team face to face. Also looking forward to the new office opening in Berlin.
