the best company I worked so far, perfect for me in terms of atmosphere and work tasks
Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung im Bereich IT in Berlin gearbeitet.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Employers feel like friends with whom it is pleasant to communicate, there is no feeling of inequality, strictness and officiality. The guys are the same developers as we are all, who are passionate about their work.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Would be nice to have offsite more often, to go to some trips as a team.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
cozy, friendly, people always ready to help
Work-Life-Balance
The ability to work from home is priceless. No problem if you need to leave to deal with your personal business, just do your work later. I was never refused a vacation even if I had to book it not in advance.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
awesome people ❤️
Kommunikation
perfect for me as an introvert
Interessante Aufgaben
The work is distributed according to the skills and interests of employees, everyone works on tasks that are more interesting to him.
