Flat hierarchy (team leads, department heads, management), new office space is much better than the old one; prefer the old location though, can get tense in preparation of major industry events.

Management sometimes difficult to get by, international working atmosphere, German is not the preferred language (helps if you know it).

Some of the peps go exercising together, two big teams/ two different atmospheres (software and hardware).

Honestly, for a start-up company pretty relaxed (few times worked > 6pm), home office possible, difficult to get lunch but people cook in the kitchen.

Management team is quite young with some more senior guys added recently, department heads need to share strategy more clearer with team.
