Atmosphere is usually quite tense. Tough deadlines and long working hours also play their part. Within projects short term changes are quite usual what makes it even harder to meet timings.

Colleagues are great.

Willing to talk about issues and challenges. Brilliant in discussing possible solutions. Not very good in executing the agreements. There is a low hierachy communicated, but decisions are always made from the management. Even a good line of arguments won't help here.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Big office with nice lounge and terrace. Unfortunately the offices are either generous but loud (missing noise isolation in a huge room) or they are quite sticky because of many colleagues in a smaller room.

Communication is difficult. The bigger the company gets the worse it gets.
