Stressful and frustrating: Due to many, unexpected changes within projects it is very hard to meet deadlines. Long working-hours and a tense atmosphere are a result.

Long working hours limit free time. Home office is available in agreement with teamlead.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
No performance reviews make it hard to meet goals. Pending on the teamlead communication is difficult. Hierachy is low, but there is one: Top management and the others. If the management wants something, there is no way to adjust with a good line of arguments.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice generous, open lounge and office with kitchen, big terrace.
Offices unfortunately are either big and loud or small and sticky. Hard to stay concentrated.
Kommunikation
The bigger the company gets the more the communication suffers.
Even the communication to my teamlead got tough. They always have an open ear, are open to discuss possible changes to improve, just the realisation failed in the end.

Not many women.
