The team and atmosphere in the team is always very friendly and supportive. Not only in rather "chill" times but even more in high pressure times with a lot of To-Dos.
The colleagues always support each other and even try to get together for a drink from time to time. Social gatherings are highly supported by the managers.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In days with a lot of meetings and calls it is hard to find a place to focus and concentrate as there is limited, separated space for meetings or calls.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Sometimes a more proactive and transparent communication towards the team would be good. As the Laptop is the single most important work device it should be the last thing to save money on.

They tend to talk a lot but lack the according action from time to time. Avoid confrontations and tend to overload employees if they do not actively stand up against it. Frequent follow-ups by employees are sometimes necessary. However, they are very generous in everyday matters and really keep a very friendly environment around in the office.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Sometimes rather old working material (Laptops etc.); Only partly adjustable desks and rather limited space for meetings and calls.
Yet you get a lot of snacks and everything you need!
Kommunikation
In general good communication in terms of greater company goals. Yet, tend to avoid confrontations and employee related topics often need to be pushed by the employee rather than the employer. (i.e. Feedback on open salary discussions or Feedback on general work behavior)

Do don't differentiate between genders.
Interessante Aufgaben
Highly dependent on the project work. Anything is possible, from very exciting tasks in the field of innovation to simple “agency-like” tasks such as creating work materials.
