This company has been letting people go constantly—colleagues disappear overnight without notice. Management is deeply incompetent and focused solely on self-preservation, likely due to personal financial pressures like mortgages.
The acquisitions of Hippo and Exponea brought in exceptionally talented individuals, but most of them have since been fired. The current leadership is simply riding on the foundations built by those no longer here.
False promises, lack of transparency, and a culture of fear dominate the work environment. Raise concerns, and you're likely to be pushed out.
The company is in clear decline. I would not recommend it to anyone looking to grow their engineering career in a healthy or supportive atmosphere.
