HR is in one team with the management (no support, no possibility to talk, no talent management).

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Bad mood in the company. Employees are not motivated because of an unclear company strategy and insecure working place. Huge staff turnover. Only people who are close to the management (e.g. HR) benefit and can feel safe. Most of employees are looking for another job or already left.

Kommunikation

False promises, no direct communication, acting "behind the back", no feedback.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The company was used to be as a family: a lot of fun, after work events, good atmoshere, flat hierarchy. From beginning 2018 with a new HR and management policy there is a negative tendency. People are getting controlled and should be aware how to act and what to say, new people don`t fit "the team".

Interessante Aufgaben

Some employees are overloaded with work, have to fulfill multiple roles, and to cover a wide spectrum of tasks. Others receive working students, interns or external support, even if non-necessary

Karriere/Weiterbildung

No career opportunities, no talent management, inspite of 4 (!) HR in a small company. Instead of developing current employees, new employees will be hired.
The company is unprofessional with no structure and no processes.
Many employees were promised a great development in the company during an interview. Never happened.
