Man bekommt selten die Informationen, die man benötigt, meist schwammige Anweisungen und entsprechend schwammigen Ergebnissen. Die gewünschte Hierarchie wird zwanghaft aufgesetzt und aufgeblasen, von den Führungskräften aber selbst nicht gelebt - Das Ergebnis, entweder jeder kommuniziert alles bei jedem oder die meisten kommunizieren nur an einen kleinen Verteiler.
