Boksi has changed significantly after two rounds of layoffs and is no longer what it once was. The team structures have completely shifted, and earning opportunities have become below average. One of the biggest challenges is the deeply divided management. While there are some truly outstanding leaders at the C-level, there are also individuals whose skills and decision-making leave much to be desired.
Unfortunately, commitments are often not honored, and there is a lack of a clear, coherent strategy. Multiple incidents of workplace bullying occurred during my time there, and no real action was taken to address them. When necessary, layoffs are executed without much hesitation, which makes the so-called "family-like culture" disappear quickly when shareholder profits are at stake.
Additionally, there is a high percentage of overworked employees, with cases of exhaustion and even burnout becoming more frequent. The core idea behind Boksi remains strong, and the management's ambitions are high—but the execution? A disappointing 4/10.
