Nice people and senior team. Open-minded managers who know the company isn't perfect and open to receive recommendations for improvement
Sometimes the company is a little chaotic and there is lots of room for improving the processes
Central office, breakfast and lunch buffet
Flexible working hours and fully remote working option
People are always kind and helpful, I think they are the best part of the company
The product has a lot of potential if the company can reach its targets
Direct communication, good transparency especially from the CEO
Little hierarchy, and the possibility of setting up your own processes and scratching the old ones without the need of much approvals
Home office often possible (it is expected to be in the office for visibility).
Total cohesion within the engineering teams.
Unfortunately Bragi is divided in two parts - steering/management and the actual teams. Therefore all communication and decisions is made top down, so that there is no space to bring oneself in. Ideas are heard but ignored. Changes are only made if there are in the interest of few people.
Engineers are constantly working night shifts and weekends (not only before a release).
Being honest, professional and realistic.
Create a structure within the organization.
Don't ignore clear signals from the team members.
Be honest and professional.
Be realistic about the scope within a given timeframe with a given capacity/man power.
Try to deeply involve the teams/engineers, since they are the real field experts.
Management and steering to conduct professional training on structuring work, leading and motivating people.
The way of working and the company culture promoted during the application process turned out to be completely different.
Organization is divided into two parts - management/steering and engineering teams. Work results and effort is taken for granted, not really appreciated.
Not really known in the German market.
It is up to you. Most of the people start at nine and stay until six/seven in the office. Continue working from home though.
trash is separated.
German classes are offered by the company for international colleagues.
No training program or other possibilities to improve your skills. So it's up to you to do something in your spare time.
Within the engineering teams it's just great!
Although there are also colleagues who can not handle time pressure and tend to overreact.
Low team lead and people management skills. Only focusing on meeting the release scope, no mater what it takes. Unfortunately team lead does not support it's own team.
Scope definition not realistic or a given time period therefore developers are working night shifts and also on weekends to hit the date. This happens on a regular basis, since the scope planning team has not an understanding of software development. Effort not appreciated.
Top down communication only. The way of communication is more a demanding way and not open.
Salary is below the market. No further benefits. Only 25 holidays per year. No overtime. In case you work nightshifts/on holidays there is no regular compensation for it.
Some corporate benefits programs for a shopping platform are available as there are in every other company.
Fitness and yoga sessions provided by team members.

Egos, commercial and engineering deadlines disconnected
