Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Everyone takes over responsibilities from day 1, but without being under pressure to overperform. Collegues are diverse and super friendly, so that I actually enjoy working with them and asking them questions to improve the product, workflow or my general understanding of the IT infrastructure.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The processes have been missing structure and priorities and a central decision-holder who is justified to make product-based decisions.
However, it's great that everyone here is open to try new things and respect other peoples ideas towards processes so that even in the first months I could see a major improvement.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Put more emphasize on communicating directly and efficiently and most of all, define processes and be more strict about working according to them.
Especially, respect agile conveniences more.
