Salary is not great, there are plenty better options available around Stuttgart. No bonuses or pay raises at all

The company has great packages for subsidizing EVs and renewables. However, the hire and fire mentality is toxic

Colleagues are very nice in general but you never know who is talking behind your back

Varies a lot, but in general you are on your own
Arbeitsbedingungen
Small, old, smelly office. No equipment whatsoever. Only the headquarters in Switzerland are shown to the candidates where everything is shiny
Kommunikation
Bad communication would be better - but there is none here. Every department works for its own and tries to share as little as possible. Communication between the offices is even worse
Gleichberechtigung
All employees are equally miserable. Fairness between different departments and hierarchy levels vary a lot
