Wenn ich mich krankgemeldet habe, kam direkt ein Anruf vom Chef. Das hat meist das Gefühl vermittelt, ob er schauen möchte, ob man wirklich krank ist. Kann auch sein, dass er ne gute Kommunikation haben möchte, dadurch wirkt es oft kontrollierend.
