Company and team statements seem systematically vague and overstated. Do not waste your time with Bullfrog Energy GmbH.

Somewhat ambitious team, which however generates a lot of market noise.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The core team has been approaching half of Germany for years as Bullfrog Capital Ltd, which has now been dissolved via compulsory strike-off. According to our own checks, no transactions have been demonstrated on company annual accounts despite repeated claims in company materials. Now the team tries a reset within the battery domain as Bullfrog Energy GmbH. Management background claims seem intentionally vague ("studies at") and partly exaggerated ("Equity Analyst at Credit Suisse"). Advisor and wider team network also vague. No proof of actual project implementation, major funding, or domain knowledge apart from vague statements.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Stop being systematically vague to cover lack of domain background and project track record. For any energy company that is looking for actual funding, we would recommend to not engage. It is, from our own experience, a waste of time and energy.
