Unfortunately I had the worst experience I have ever encountered with an employer. If you decide to hire two people for one position, this should be communicated within the interview process and not seven days prior the first day at the new company. My concern was brought to the team leads and bosses attention but simply ignored. I felt not supported and listened to. The only person who decided to listen once I asked to be resigned was HR. By then it was too late to change my mind. Based on this very unfortunate experience I cannot recommend working there. Other employees did seem happy but it wasn’t meant to be for me.
