Since beginning the interview process with byrd in November 2021, my experience has been nothing but positive. The interview process was handled quickly & professionally, with warm & upfront communication throughout. The first few weeks onboarding were organised really well, with our batch of newbies getting a chance to speak to each of the teams throughout the company, and get a feel for who they are & what they do. I received the training needed to begin performing my role as a junior TA manager, and from there was given more & more responsibility once I showed myself to be capable & open to learning & growing more. The people are really lovely, & the management take pride in ensuring everyone is adequately acknowledged & looked after. Though there are now almost 250 people at byrd, it still has a warm, communal feeling.
