Möglichkeiten gibt es viele - es ist am Ende immer das was man selbst draus macht
Atmosphäre ist unter den Kollegen sehr gut. Selten eindeutiges Lob durch die manche Führungskräfte. Ist abhängig von der Führungskraft, die man hat.
Ist teilweise noch ausbaufähig. Konfliktscheue und wenig Vertrauen Feedback geben zu können in kritischen Situationen.
Gleitzeit und zeitnahe Urlaubsbewilligung. Man kann hier sehr gut auch wichtige private Termine einschieben und teilweise Arbeit verlagern. Das hängt natürlich vom Aufgabenfeld ab, wird aber oft ermöglicht.
