Gleitzeit und zeitnahe Urlaubsbewilligung. Man kann hier sehr gut auch wichtige private Termine einschieben und teilweise Arbeit verlagern. Das hängt natürlich vom Aufgabenfeld ab, wird aber oft ermöglicht.
