Firma ist stark unter ersetzt, versucht schon zu Unterstützen wo es geht aber es ist nicht genug

Verschiebung der Aufgaben für später, dann Stress in last Minute :o
Suggestions for improvement
Testung von neuen Produkten/Programmen vor der Einbaung.
Kommunikation zwischen zwei Vertikals und Zusammenarbeit vor allem Zusammengehörigkeit steigern.
Es fehlt eine Person die sich kümmert um Mitarbeiter Zufriedenheit, oder mindestens eine Stelle wo man sich melden kann.

Das variiert von Abteilung zu Abteilung, in manchen ist es besser

Leider gibt es Kollegen die sehr schlechten Umgang mit anderen Kollegen haben, und wieso die nicht rausgeschmiesen werden ist ein Rätsel. Lieber das man gute Kollegen verliert? Seltsam
