Need to work hard but camps are fun and locations generally good

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Great colleagues who love to job of camp counsellor/leader/coordinator. If you stay longer and get promoted, the pay also becomes very competitive when compared to other similar companies. You do also get offered a lot of weeks/season once you have worked a few camps to start with.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The travel to camps is paid as a travel grant (not on a receipt basis) and at times it does not cover the full cost of travel to a location, meaning you 'loose' money if you need to travel to a location far from home or hard to get to.
