Arbeitsatmosphäre
the atmosphere is great. we have very nice offices with lots of space. in some offices it's even a bit too roomy ... I like to have lots of people around. we have a table tennis table, darts, table soccer... and best of all, office dogs!!
Kommunikation
There's not too much official communication, I think it really depends on the team lead. My team lead informs us a lot, I'm not sure about other departments. within the team we have great communication because we do daily stand ups so everybody knows what the others are doing at all times.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
really nice. we have lunch together every day, and I like them all a lot.
Work-Life-Balance
awesome. there's no time tracking, so it's very casual and laid back.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I'm very happy with my team lead, cannot speak for other departments.
Interessante Aufgaben
very interesting; sometimes repetitive, but we are working on automatizing as much as possible. I feel challenged and am happy to learn from more experienced colleagues
