I would apreciate to just have downtime alone after hours, digital AW and gettogethers get weird. Especially after sitting in zoom calls all day I just want to go for a walk :)

Working remotely. My collegues are 5 star the rest 4 which means almost as nice as my fellow Business Developers

Due to the circumstances: SLACK, Zoom and atlassians JIRA works surprisingly well due to a huge devotion and comittment from the staff
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Sitting up north of Europe without human interaction IRL due to Corona makes this grade a lot lower
Work-Life-Balance
When you sit on your ass allday in your home work really intrudes your Life balance, goes for the rest of the world I guess.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My manager is awesome. Ppl manager, highly intelligent without beeing psyco or narsistic. Huge respect for him.
