It is a relatively small and agile company with support and respect for the personal life of the employees. They always respected my university schedule. There are regular social events in the company and the atmosphere is usually good.

I sometimes felt the lack of thought in some in some professional decisions, and some planned procedures were not implemented in real life.

Give more time to the teams to learn and automate processes, it would eventually save a lot of time and money after a short-term decrease in productivity.

As the IT sector changes very fastly, planned procedures can be strategically outdated before they were even accomplished. Since transparency is a major value at CeleraOne, we already improved to communicate strategical decisions in the bi-weekly company meetings that provide the possibility to ask direct questions to the management. we will take your feedback to force more into this direction.
