Very flexible and easy going but with the necessary earnest. I could almost say they are devoted to their goals with a perseverance that stands out.
They do expect high standards from their employees though but abide but those same standards.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Perhaps they set their goals a little high but then again if you don't reach for the sky ....
