Management misses proper concept for interviews, feedback talks contain inappropriate content
- Standard questions were posed; they also asked: "Tell us about yourself!" Here it might be better to ask back and let them specify the question.
- The company promotes themselves with: "We offer a competitive remuneration." By asking which salary they offer for the position, they ask back: "Which salary do you expect for this position?" So, here there is no real offer from them, they just hide the standard question about the salary in phrases.
