11/01/16 First Interview on site

During the first interview, the company asked me about my former experiences, it was more a talk than a real interview due to the fact that one of the interviewer was sick.

25/01/16 Second interview on site with IT team (4pers.) and the 2 managers.

01/02/16 Email received :
I owe you an update. Please excuse my delayed notification.

We will have our last interview this Wednesday, but you are still my number one candidate, so please let me know, if there are any further offers you are considering.

On Thursday, I will want to come to a final conclusion with the team. Hope, this is ok for you and in your timeline.

05/02/16 Try to reach the company without success, leave a message. I received a sms : will get you back to you asap

But during the following 10 days no news...

15/02/16 I called as least to get an answer, even a feedback. The Interviewer "happy" to hear from me, noticed me that the company has already sent me two emails warning that the decision is not already done, but its for tomorrow due to some sick colleagues. Of course, I never received those email. I asked to forward them me again. Two hours later, I have received :

I just checked - please find my mail attached - I had sent it to the wrong mail address - As I was typing from my smartphone I didn’t notice the autocorrect or whatever :-(

So, until Wednesday you are going to hear from me for sure.

please excuse the delay again. Unfortunately one person got sick, then we will have a couple of „off-days“ next week, so I will only be able to meet and have everybody on place next Friday, 12th.

I am sick myself with all these delays and am really sorry, but for the team this is a very important decision and we have to meet face to face.

17/02/16 I get happy, because I should receive finally a "final" answer! ... 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 nothing come...

22/02/16 I tried a last try, with a email approach...One never knows, perhaps someone is sick again...

We are the 02/03/16 and the final answer is still waiting...
