Thanks for the feedback. We genuinely value insights from our (former) team members as they help us identify areas for improvement. I would like to address some points you’ve raised.

Regarding overtime, we’d like to clarify that while we have flexible working hours, working late is not an expectation. We do recognize that occasionally, in a dynamic start-up environment, some employees may work longer hours to meet deadlines, which can demonstrate commitment. However, this is not a criterion for career advancement.

On the topic of career development, we ensure that all employees have equal opportunities for growth. Promotions and career advancements are based on bi-annual comprehensive performance reviews, including 360-degree feedback, to ensure fairness and objectivity.

We take equality seriously and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone’s voice is heard. We actively listen to and support both women and men equally. This commitment is reflected in our leadership, where we have several women in senior positions.
