Arbeitsatmosphäre
Generally and with the colleges was ok, but the Boss there kept the environment Toxic, she doesn't know how to treat people and how to manage a Store.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No possibilities to growth, I worked more than a year there and never had absolutely any capacitation, and of course nobody there could had any opportunity to get a better position or salary
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I have work in many Jobs, and I think one of the worst boss I have ever had was this woman. she kept a toxic enviroment, she talked bad about others and try to blame from her mistakes to others. She didn't know how to lead a team, what it got as a result, that when she was not there the Store was a disaster. She is agressive, disshonest and incompetent as a Manager.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Was generally ok but we where a small team, which made the environment difficult and didn't had the flexibility to take Holidays, or even if you got sick was then a very big problem.
Kommunikation
Comunication was very bad. The boss didin't comunicate properly regarding the Job activities, when someone made a mistake she didn't communicate it in a properly way talking directly with the worker, she rather will talk bad about you to your other colleges.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary was into the average for Selling worker.
