It's not great. Senior managers created an unbearable, stressful situation that is uncomfortable to work in, as well as insane micro-management.

Manual work all focused on making money for the company, there is no place for creativity or ideas, if you wont be making the bank, you will be let go.

Working atmosphere is pretty open and transparent, there is plenty of room to try out new things or improve them.
Work-Life-Balance
Work-Life-Balance is over all good, you're responsible to take action and ownership. But if there are times you work more you're also able to compensate your over time. Also possibilities to work from home or remote as well as well flexible working hours.

Communication is okay and constantly improving due to regular updates, meetings where all departments present their results and tasks they're working on - also there are regular feedback sessions and one big yearly feedback

No doubts about this. It doesn't matter how you identify or what ever - you're valued for who you are
