Working atmosphere is pretty open and transparent, there is plenty of room to try out new things or improve them.
Work-Life-Balance is over all good, you're responsible to take action and ownership. But if there are times you work more you're also able to compensate your over time. Also possibilities to work from home or remote as well as well flexible working hours.
Communication is okay and constantly improving due to regular updates, meetings where all departments present their results and tasks they're working on - also there are regular feedback sessions and one big yearly feedback
No doubts about this. It doesn't matter how you identify or what ever - you're valued for who you are
