Typisch hire & fire Mentalität. Dachte erst es wäre nicht so, wurde dann aber eines besseren belehrt.
Im Sales mehr Zeit geben, gerade als Start Up und in der Kaltakquise. Man baut ein neues Gebiet auf und da werden nicht innerhalb von 6 Wochen Deals abgeschlossen.
Berliner Start-Up, grundsätzlich ganz gut, muss man aber für gemacht sein
Start up = opfere dich für das UN und gib Gas!

Ich freue mich über Ihr Feedback zu unserem Arbeitsumfeld und Ihren Teammitgliedern. Auch wenn die Arbeit in einem Büro vielleicht nicht für jeden das Richtige ist, glauben wir, dass die F2F-Zusammenarbeit es uns ermöglicht, unsere Unternehmenskultur zu erhalten und auszubauen.
Like I said, I liked pretty much all my colleagues. Furthermore I really enjoyed some benefits like events, bvg ticket, nice laptop etc.
I have never been with an employer where conversations with managers were so worthless. On top of that, there was the micromanaging day to day business.
But the worst was probably the feeling of being treated like in kindergarten or school. No matter how much experience you have, you are treated and controlled like you were at school.
I even hear that there are now exact seats that should not be left when working.
And when I read the 5-star ratings here, I know exactly which managers wrote them, which is actually sad to see.
But I hope to help some people with this information about choco.
Maybe try to listen to your employees once in a while, it would make a huge difference.
I have never been in a company where the managers were so out of place. This completely affects the working atmosphere at Choco, employees are unhappy 24/7.
Still in contact with a lot of employees, no one has nice things to say about the company
