It's alright. But it's still unreal that they do not pay extra hours worked, even if they are required.

Since it has "flat hierarchy" there are no really "lead positions"

Really, this is the only good thing here. The work colleagues are fun to work with.

The founder decides everything and can fire anyone at will for trivial reasons. The other bosses do not have an opinion.
Gleichberechtigung
This company seems to maintain the old structure, with mainly women working in the administration and men in the IT departments.
