Professional and fair interview process

I contacted the company on Monday and they got back to me the same day, inviting me over for an interview on Friday. I was informed with whom I would speak with and how long the discussions were going to take.
On Friday, I arrived (slightly late) in the office and was met from the HR and was shown into a conference room. There, I had to meet HR, CTO, CEO and one of the senior engineers of the company, in a group chat. I started the interview a bit stressed but owing to the fact the people were friendly and professional, the stress gradually went away as the interview progressed. Without wanting to give the interview questions away, there was less of a technical focus (there is a reason for that) and more of wanting to know more about my personality and experience. The interviewers seemed really interested in what I had to say and how my experience fits within the company, trying to find common ground, and we ran overtime, mostly owing to large Q&A session. I believe that I was well prepared for the interview, having done my research on the company beforehand and my large set of questions was answered efficiently and honestly. After the extensive (appx 2+ hours) interview I learned of the possibility of a trial technical day.
Shortly afterwards, I got an invitation for half a day's trial, followed by lunch. When the trial day came, I had a quick tour of the offices and a short introduction to the team. My workplace was prepared for me, alongside with a set of problems to solve. The problems to solve were watered-down versions of problems likely to encounter in everyday technical operations. Nothing extremely challenging if you have a certain amount of experience and no gotchas/brain-teasers, I would classify them as fair. After the trial day, there was a lunch with future colleagues, including people that I would be working with on a daily basis.
A few days later I got the offer. The offer was what has been discussed - no last minute surprises. Overall, the interview process was professional and pleasant. I feel that my time was respected. I liked that it was not one of the typical interviews with a canned set of questions and I felt it went quite deep into every area.
