Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
great people, great culture, very transparent in finances, very healthy and good communications, very flexible, lots to learn, and a lot of trust.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
nothing comes to mind.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
It's a small, young climate company, subsidiary of a company in Australia also small in size. Most people are or have been on part-time at some point, and the culture is very flexible. Some meetings are at 8 in the morning to allow communications with the Australian team. Working on climate topics with high-level clients is very motivating, and you really feel like you are supporting climate research with long-term software solutions. Comms are surprisingly (for a small startup) well organized and professional, and everyone is kind and likes to help
Arbeitsbedingungen
it's a company making climate reports and software for climate science, everyone is motivated to work on the topic and do a good job, in a sustainable way where people are happy working there. Really great
