The atmosphere throughout the team is great and everybody has an eye on inclusivity. Even as an intern you can have a lot of impact with your work and get lots of trust from the people you work with, what I personally appreciate.

Communication throughout the teams are good. Though there is room for improvement, especially in the communication throughout the interdisciplinary teams.
