Mangelnde Kommunikation: „Eine klarere und einheitlichere Kommunikation würde dazu beitragen, Verwirrung zu vermeiden und die Effizienz zu steigern.

Recovering from bad management

What I like about the employer
Thanks to the board's involvement bad apples in C-level got the boot. Since then the atmosphere and transparency have improved a lot.
The product is decent and improving further - at a tempo that doesn't lead to burnouts. Work-life balance is good, and there's no talk about RTO whatsoever.
What I dislike about the employer
The company is barely keeping afloat despite all the measures taken this year, and struggles to acquire new customers.

Very strange work ethic. Who works long hours, works well? The company is also relatively unsuccessful and on the decline

There is no honest communication from the management. For example, employee departures are concealed or company key figures are not communicated honestly
