Nicht alle Abläufe funktionieren reibungslos, aber das liegt daran, dass sich das Unternehmen in einer schnellen Wachstumsphase befindet.
Great working environment in a fast growing company. Constant new features to work on. The culture is not as big or rather as strongly predicated as in some other companies but the HR department constantly organises gatherings and events that helps in keeping the company spirit and the sense of team up (IMO super important aspect which is usually not looked after enough)
I feel like the career opportunities are one of the things that are not that well developed (at least not yet).

I've been working in Germany for the past nine years, and during this time, I've switched between various companies every couple of years. I've experienced both good and bad companies, ranging from large corporations to startups. However, I can confidently say that my current company, Collect AI, stands out in a remarkable way. From top management to the most junior employees, everyone in this company is exceptionally outstanding.
The people here are not only friendly and honest, but they are also straightforward and clear in their communication. What truly sets this company apart is their meticulous approach to selecting employees. They focus on recruiting individuals who are not only highly intelligent but also possess a pleasant personality that seamlessly fits into the team spirit, fostering cohesion within the group. This approach acknowledges that the team becomes like a second family due to spending at least 8 hours a day together, and they ensure that you genuinely enjoy both your work and the people you work with.
The hiring process was highly professional. It began with an interview with one of the HR team members, who asked the typical HR questions and assessed your fit with the company culture. This was followed by an interview with technical managers who were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable. They made an effort to create a comfortable atmosphere and asked some technical questions to gauge your experience and familiarity with the domain or position you were applying for. In this phase, I learned that there would be ample opportunities to share my knowledge and learn from the team.
The process also involved a semi-technical interview where you had the chance to meet your potential team members. This was an opportunity for you to ask any questions on your mind and for the team to determine if you were a suitable candidate to join their ranks. I initially received an offer from the company but, at that time, I chose a different opportunity with another company, pursuing a different technology and different goals. In retrospect, I regret that decision. After five months with the other company, I reached out to the HR department to inquire if the position was still available. To my delight, they had another position on a different team, and I accepted the offer.
Now, as I complete my third month at Collect AI, I am thrilled with my experience. My team is fantastic, and my colleagues are not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. They are always willing to assist with any matter, even if they don't have the answers themselves, and they will connect you with the right person who can help. The C-level executives and management provide clear direction and vision.
The company actively organizes enjoyable activities to make sure employees are well taken care of. I particularly appreciate the diverse range of cultures within the company, and the fact that everyone is united in their focus on making the company successful. I also enjoy our tech sessions, where we have the opportunity to learn about new technologies and share our knowledge with the rest of the tech teams.
Overall, I highly recommend Collect AI to anyone seeking a nurturing and positive work environment. It truly feels like a home-company with a fantastic atmosphere.
